In my request to the Club I provided a definition of a casino for the purposes of Honesty in Chipping.

As I remember ... a casino is an establishment that offered gambling by any of several table games. It could be licensed or not (illegal), it could be land based or on a ship, it could be on an Indian Reservation, it could be a card room. I know that a "perfect" definition is not possible, but I think that you can come pretty close. At least close enough to make a good distinction between chips that at least have the potentional to be used in casino and those that do not.
