now as far as nonmembers selling on this board how do you plan on stopping them?
or better yet what's to stop a member from selling a nonmembers stuff? for example, what if ron kirzner ,who may or maynot be a member,comes to me and asks to sell his 2nd issue $100 from ballys.are you going to prove that i own the chip?
i've bought some chips from ron before. some of them are priced more than I'd like to pay,but he's got some quality chips.
