I'm suggesting that we arrange for more people than actually preregister, knowing that some show up after the cut-off. This is the way every other organization I'm associated with does it. Plan for extras, and charge extra for those that come late.

The separate mailing is because I know several people that don't go through the magazine. I will next year, but I would notice a separate mailier easier.

I really did enjoy the convention and I'm not complaining. Please keep that in mind.
