Can anyone tell me if this is indeed an error chip? The ones I see listed on the Chipguide show a different side to each, one with the date and year, but this chip has 2 identical sides. It is from the Silver Legacy 1999 Rodeo series (unless there were additional years produced). Any help is appreciated!!! Thanks
