1. The flat-rate is $3.95 for anything UP TO 2 lbs. Over 2 lbs. is more.
2. You can provide your own envelope, or other packaging, as long as there is a priority sticker on the front & back.
3. You can use clear, transparent tape, as wide as you like, to seal the envelope. The only thing you CAN'T use scotch tape for is REGISTERED mail.
4. I have delivered coconuts from Hawaii, that were mailed "Priority".
5. I was once emptying a mail box when a cat jumped out, but that's another story.
