I was told close to 800 pre-registration packages were being made up. I sent 800 coupons for the Palms NCV chip to the commettee. I requested, if all 800 were not used, the remainig coupons were to be returned to me.
850 NCV chips were made from an estimate by several members. The estimate was given before pre-registrations was completed. Had to be due to chip production time. The 50 NCV chips left over and any left after any coupons are returned, will be donated to the Building fund commettee. The will be sold to benefit the building fund.
I see no reason to destroy 50 plus chips that could benefit the building fund.
