answer this one.
Personaly after hearing all of the stories, this is what I have come with. The first 200 chips were released to the "HIGH ROLLERS", Sammy wanted 30 for himself, that left 20. Knowing this Warwick deceided that he could not satisify the collectors & dealers that would be in the line waiting for the chip release. So un-annouced he had the chips released to the floor. Then....every one knows from this point. Am I wrong?
