Sheldon ... one of the first mistakes a first-timer makes at a trade session ... is not knowing the value of what you are offering to trade ... and not knowing the relative value of the items that are being offered to you in exchange. Just because someone is offering you a chip or (chips) that you have never seen before ... does not mean that the trade is good for you. To be a good trade, both parties must be happy with the trade ... and that happiness should be re-experienced upon arriving back home after unpacking all of your new-found treasurers.
