the first thing you should do is to nicely ask that he replace the chips he sent you for the ones in the picture. (You should make a copy of the picture and save the email, by the way.) If that does not do any good, you should ask for some compensation or your money back. If all that fails, then you can start thinking about rougher stuff (like demanding this and that, or referring it to the club, etc.)........ ........... I don't know how relevant this is, but lately I have been thinking of funding my PayPal payments with my credit card, not my PayPal acct. balance, so I can try chargebacks in certain situations.
