I Have a little problem with an auction I was the winner of, and I need a little advice from the club members on how to deal with this. Here goe's: One evening I was purusing Jackpot and Ebay when and auction on Ebay caught my eye. I read the description, looked at the photo's, read the shipping arrangement's and decided to make a bid. Well, I was the high bidder. I received the e-mail from the seller with an added cost of $3.00 for insurance.(not included in description) I was going to ask for insurance anyway, so no big deal. I paid by paypal. I received the package, and the first obvious problem was, there was no insurance, just delivery confirmation. Needless to say, shipping without insurance was $5.40 less than what I paid. No big deal. I opened the package and low and beholed the one chip that caught my eye in the initial auction was not included in the lot. It was definitely in the item photo. I e-mailed the seller asking if he had made a mistake or if he had substitutied the chip. He e-mailed, that yes he had substituted the chip. The chip substituted was a chip with no market value. Also there was a duplicate in the chips that he stated in the auction, that all chips would be different.IN CLOSING, The seller is a very highly respected member and seller. I feel at this time, that I have an itch that I can not scratch, because of his position in the club. I have only been a member for 1 1/2 yrs. Again he is a highly respected member. He is not like a Dean Clark AKA. vegasclarks. I have bought from this seller before and he has always given me a fair deal till now. I always thought that If you post a picture in an auction, then that is what you should receive. ANY HELP FROM THE MEMBERSHIP WOULD BE DEEPLY APPRECIATED, SO THIS MATTER COULD BE RESOLVED BEFORE THE CONVENTION,
