This happened a few months ago, I believe. I worked on Bob's little tugboat for a few months last year after Talisman in Galveston folded.
Fantasea was the smallest operation I have seen, just 80 slots and 6 tables. He may try to go back to Florida again.
FYI, I believe SeaEscape bought the Talisman ship, but no idea where it is being put for operations.(When it was snatched by the Feds it still had all the slots, tables, chips, etc on it)
