The point I was trying to make is that if a counterfit chip is discovered, and it HAS a watermark or tag, would there be any question as to the intent to deceive? If i want it for my personal collection, or just want to repair a chip that I never intend on selling...Why would I be careful enough to fake the watermark or tag?
