Actually, what I was getting at were the older chips being brought into question by members of the CCGTCC and an investigation by the Board of the CCGTCC.

I'm not sure the chip forger can reproduce the excact type of material the companies did back then as I seem to have read that one way to tell was to dunk them in liquid (bleech?) and the one that melted was real! Since (s)he can't, the light may react in a different way that our eyes can pick up.

I realize this isn't the CCGTCC page and/or BB, but I thought this was the better place as it seems to have lots of action.
