I'm attending my first convention this year. I discovered only 2 days ago that the process is that you have to pre-register to get one of the Hard-Rock chips. I'm very disappointed about that. I would hope that in the future, we listen to our own complaints about short supplys of chips from the HR. We should know that some people will not understand the process, others will be out of town or busy and forget, and we need to order enough chips for everyone that cares enough to attend....you can always destroy any that you don't need.

I'm looking for two HR convention chips.
