2.WILLINGNESS TO PAY.

Like any auction ... all one needs is two or more bidders willing to pay virtually any price to beat out the competiton. The highest bidder wins. To truly test your theory.... you would have to put your chip up on Ebay and see where it goes. The trick is to get the potential bidders into a fever pitch... where money is no object.
