I think it is classy moves like the one you stated above that could clearly change my mind. You wouldn't believe the number of members that emailed me directly. I found them to be personable and quite complimentary.
I guess with my sammy chip closing at what it did, i can afford the membership fee and i'll pass on the refund offer.
