I don't think they mind people taking $1 chips. They never give me any trouble when I ask for them...at least in Vegas they don't.

I remember someone on this board saying the Luxor has about 10,000 chips a year taken from the casino. I don't remember if that was only $1 chips or all the chip denominations combined.

$1 chips aren't worth the effort for a casino to market to collectors. Seldom do you see an LE $1 chip release. Mostly $5 LE...

...But I'm sick of LE releases anyway.
