It would be nice, if next year, we could plan the tournament around the other meetings, if possible.

I would think that the Silver Strikers Chapter should plan their meeting around the Poker Tournament, since the tournament involves long lead time in renting a large room at another casino and is of interest to all the convention attendees. I would also assume that the tournament is planned months before the Silver Strikers Chapter meeting... blame the scheduling conflict on the chapter.
