It's deja vu all over again, as Yogi would say.
At a previous convention, Warrick was a panel member at one of the educational seminars. He got an earful about the 1st Cinco release, though he was a good sport about it. I would have thought that experience made an indelible impression on him.
Does Warrick call all the shots on the chip program, how many to make, how to release, etc? It was my impression that he did the concept & design work on the HR chips (and other HR design stuff too, I think) but that the operational details on how many are to be made & released, etc. are done at a "higher pay grade". Just asking, before he's tarred and feathered for decisions that weren't his.
