I'm thinking that it may be reaching those levels due to the recent Cinco prices and situation.

Keeping in mind I am BRAND new to the hobby and the last time I was in LV I stopped by the store and the cage asking if they had any chips for sale. Now that I know how the HR chips are done I must have looked like a real dope
