Complete pending purchases and trades and then just package your Hard Rocks up and put them aside for a while. Spend the money you would have spent on Hard Rock issues on other commemoratives or vintage chips.
Of course not everybody will comply with the freeze, and sellers will likely benefit from the decreased supply, but so what? So you miss a few bucks potential profit. You'll still have your chips after the voluntary freeze is over.
