Are these new young collectors mortgaged to their eyeballs and raising 3 kids working 2 jobs (with no health ins) just starting to collect a few chips??

And these OLD pharts, are they the ones with paid off houses and cars with kids grown and are laying back harvesting their 401K's and life long investments that have 5000+ chips in their collection?

Good target! And releasing only 250 will really bring them in in droves!
