Here are two white Win Cards NCV's from Circus Circus. The one on the right is white with thicker printing. The one on the left has a pronounced bluish tinge to it and has thinner printing. My scanner doesn't show it as much as I'd like, but there is a large difference in color between these two.

One of these is V7417. The other should be included in the future.
