When I was there in March, Hard Rock had a shuttle bus that stopped by the Harley Davidson Cafe every hour. The owners of Harley wouldn't allow Hard Rock to put up a sign, but the employees showed me where to wait.

I think the shuttle also stopped at Caesar's. But a phone call to Hard Rock could verify that.
