Harrahs runs a shuttle bus between Harrahs and Rio every 20 minutes. Leaves from the hotel entrance. You can walk from Rio to Palms, but be aware that Rio has put a fence around their property that makes it more difficult to walk to the street.

To Hard Rock, you probably will need a taxi.

Remember the free monorail between Ballys and MGM Grand in case you are going south from Harrahs.

Also Coast resorts has a shuttle between properties that stops at Barbary Coast on the side nearest Ballys.
