actually the other 49 states would be fine for my immediate problem.

off shore gambling is permitted in 48 states according to the place I did business with.(nevada and nj being the exceptions) Since Nevada allows legal gambling on sports, that means NJ is the only place I can't go to a legal casino with gambling on sports OR make a bet thru the internet with an off shore account. That's 1 in 50 odds and I hit it!
