If I showed the Coca-cola logo every time I displayed an ad for my newly opened Cathouse and Drug Parlor somehow indicating Coke's endorsement or approval by the use of their logo (without Coke's permission) I would think Coke's would have a field day with me in court. (IMO)
If on the other hand I came on TV advertising my house of ill repute wearing a baseball cap with Coca-cola's logo on it and I made no reference to them in my add other than wearing a cap (that was sold by them with their logo on it) I would think that they would be plenty P*SSED but not have a leg to stand on in court. (IMO)
I am not sure of the legalities of displaying a chip in a collection where there is no endorsement of anything and it is in fact 'in possession of' the collector I cannot understand why the casino would take exception to it. Again, if I were to win big at a casino (then go to where cameras were not prohibited) and take a picture of me holding an armload of chips could the casino prohibit me from displaying my picture publicly (even the internet) because it contained their chips? I think not. (IMO)
