BIG OCTOBER AUCTION: STATISTICAL SUMMARY
I thought it might be interesting to take a look at the Big October Auction to see how it shook out.
There were 100 lots, submitted by 20 different consignors.
Of the 100 lots, 68 sold, 32 didn't.
There were 33 different bidders.
37% of the lots that sold were won by e-mail bidders.
That's quite a decent participation, and it shows clearly that e-mail bidders have a very good chance at lots, even though the last three days of the auction are conducted live on Prodigy.
On to November's auction!
