Some inattentive individual at the USPS tried to run the package through the automatic equipment -- even though Chuck had the proper postage. The chips stayed in the package, but the wheels groung away on them until about half the edge was ground away and the flip fused to the chip. I have bought literally hundreds of chips from Chuck and this is the first problem. He has always been great to deal with.
