I agree, Andy. If the buyer refused insurance and the buyer didn't receive the package, the buyer will not be happy. No one is happy when a package is lost.

If the auction is for a low cost item, say $3 is the final price, I don't feel it is right to force the buyer to pay for insurance. For high priced auctions, I would say that it is probably better to have required insurance. Then there are no problems when an item is lost.
