How long have you waited. I mailed a package last winter to Arizona. The buyer never received it after a month of going back and forth via email. I finally offered to refund his money and sent a check. The package actually arrived around the same time as my check. The package was delivered to a neighbor by mistake and was sitting around until the neighbor got around to returning it to the PO. The buyer tore up my check and was happy with the chip in the mail...

Maybe another week it'll turn up.
