Below is what is stated in all of my Ebay auctions and then re-stated in the my email to the high bidder. I do not feel it is my job to spend my money to insure something that I know left my possession in tack.

"I cannot be responsible for items lost/damaged in the mail. If you wish to insure your item, please add an additional $1.10 for $50 of insurance or $2.00 for $100 of insurance."
