Before doing anything I would make sure that the chip will not arrive. If it hasn't been over a month since you shipped it I would wait at least that long. Ask the post office when a regular package (not priority mail) will arrive at the destination and they may say AT LEAST 2-3 weeks. I have recently had packages take 3 weeks to get to the destination.
