The Group Lucien Bariérre owns Enghien Les Bains (near Paris) and Menton (near Monaco) for the moment. JB was there a casino which was owned by them in Nice ? Palais Mediterané or the other one ? Can't remember the name right now, and I can not go to my papers and have a run through... (this damn foot... )
That would explain why ALL 3 are on the same ashtray. That must have been late 60s or so.
