I think you're referring to the Red Rooster Antique Mall, which is on Western. A few dealers there do have some obsoletes. Another shop used to be attached to the Red Rooster (Anello's, Kathy's Collectibles, Affordable Collectibles...I don't know why they keep changing their name!) and they had a selection of obsoletes. They've moved, now they're on Charleston....Affordable Collectibles is the name, I don't have the address.
