Yes, there were no 1998 tournament chips. This was a mistake in TCR-8. All have been corrected in TCR-9 except for the 5000, V2684, which is still listed as 1998 with a value of (E). V2684 should be listed as 1996 with a value of (O). See TCR-9, P. 434, "Errata Note."
