First of all let me establish an important aspect of my post. I am not pro union. I have been a member of management most of my career.

Today working for myself I can pass much of any cost increases I experience on to my clients.

As a self employed accountant for most of your career YOU ALSO passed the cost of increases on to your clients. So lets not mislead anyone with YOUR post . "Poor little ole me" doesn't cut it I know better. Best, Jim
