Its not that they would not let you in, I don't think they are allowed to stop you. However they can ask, persuade, cajole, guilt, yell (or whatever) into not entering the establishment.

Speaking of that, the first 5-6 years that I went to Las Vegas the Frontier was on a perpetual strike. Then it was gone. Whatever happened with that?
