I agree, and as a DEALER....I have always said the dealers should get 66% and the public 33% of the allotment. Without a chip list a program will not do very well unless they constantly short the MARKET like Harrah's & Tropicana.........I was instrumental at the FQs getting this done )66% & 33%) and it works....even tho some collectors will still "gripe" as I do sometimes with what HR did on there last release....I have given up on ANY $25 HR chips for my customers.....
