That is just plain WRONG!! they need to have a set time and date for release. Period! If they want to have thing seperate for the dealers thats fine...but they should never just say not until the dealers pick up all of their prearranged set aside packages.
The should adopt the policy...that if the dealers dont pick up their stuff by whenever..then they will be released to the public, and they will be penialized by a reduced number on the next release. If it happens again..then they get pulled off the list.

But the customer/collector should never be kept waiting with an undetermined release. Thsi should NOT be accepted!
