Carlos tells us that Casino da Madeira is the only Portuguese casino of all seven casinos that has plaques in low-denominations: euro 25, 50, 100 and 250. The other casinos start with euro 500 value plaques which would be out of reach for most of us, but euro 25 and 50 and even 100 seems quite afforfable. Maybe Casino da Madeira is very collector friendly.
