I took a look at that one and it seems decent for what you get. However a couple of caveats. First, it is not a very high resolution or color depth. Not a big problem with chips as it would be with photographs except for cases where it is a chips like a bright orange where the color will not scan so well.

The second is the software. It will work but will probably not have all the features you might want. However if you just want to scan text and quick pictures for ebay, it might work reasonably well. If you are using it for your book to scan pictures, you will probably want one of better quality for print.
