This is not the first time I posted this information to this board, and this is not the first time there have been complaints posted about "stealing" scans. Responses to some of those posts by some of our resident lawyers may be found in a simple search, too, regarding the use of other person's scans which I rather not touch at this time.

I can guarantee you that I'm not able to publish those original scans of my chips without the express permission of the magazine. Though I do scan and publish the same pieces (serial numbers tell us this), and of course they are different scans.

I would have given this publication anything they wanted if they had only asked, first.... but why should they ask....?
