Your post starts off with a good suggestion. However I don't think I have heard, more than a couple, people suggesting he ignore it. I think, in context with your suggestion, maybe he might reply back and, as you suggest, inquire why they are concerned. Then as Jill mentioned, Greg may find that they don't understand the issue of collecting and that Greg's purpose is of no threat and that collecting can actually benefit the casino by attracting visitors. Maybe they are concerned that such computerized photos can be used to counterfit chips? Maybe a solution would then be to alter the image with a watermark or limit with a size and compression that would assure that anyone trying to reproduce the images would not get good enough results. I, though, would temporarily remove the chip then consult an attorney before I wrote back.
