I don't believe that the casino cited copyright infringement. Doesn't one have to file with the Library of Congress for copyright protection? I know I file each year with my A.C. Catalog.

Greg; I think you probably did the right thing... and I agree that after the casino reviews your response they will realize that you had nothing sinister in mind and may grant you permission to publicize their chip(s).
