Maybe this is the Texas Treasure II that was sailing from Freeport Texas earlier this year. It has been missing from there for several months.

If this is true, it is a homecoming for the boat. The boat used to be named the Contessa and sailed from the old Port of Palm Beach (where the Palm Beach Princess is).
