First come first served. I try to work out a deal with the first person in, and I hold everyone else off. If I make a deal with the first person, then the item is gone. If no deal, then I go to the next in line. I try to keep those in line informed of this situation and have even told people what position they are in. As far as the person I am dealing with, I tell them that others are in line.

What I do not do is pit one against the other.

Thats about as fair as I can keep it.
