Some of the CA collectors will be interested in these. Since I don't really collect California, I have these up for auction on ebay.

As far as I can tell the 50c red and the H&C $1 green are not listed in the CA chip guides.

Yes they are painted and the paint does come off. I thought that whoever gets the chips can do a better job of cleaning them, if they want to do so.
