Orleans, Gold Coast, or way off strip at any of the Coasts or Sam's Town. I like the Rio but I'll bet the price per room will be closer to the Hard Rock than these. I stay at Harrahs but am considering moving over to the Flamingo since Harrah's no longer has a card room.
