I don't sell chips so I'm not adding any shipping and handling.

But on Ebay you can not add $1.00 to the price of the chip unless you are setting the opening bid as your buy it now price.

Its an auction so if you have a chip which is worth $20 to bidders and you were going to set the opening bid at $1 you are probably not going to get any more money in the end by setting your opening bid at $2 (thinking that the extra $1 will cover your fees).
